About Dr. Sania Dookie
Dr. Sania Dookie is an international Christian empowerment speaker, mental health therapist, and the founder of Grow and Glow Ministry. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals in their mental and emotional well-being, Dr. Sania is deeply passionate about helping women discover purpose, deepen their relationship with God, and live aligned, whole lives.
She is the creator of the Total Woman Inner Realignment Live (TWIRL) Events and the Total Woman Inner Circle, a 90-day group coaching and mentorship program designed to support women in clarifying their calling and stepping confidently into it.

How it all started
After years of working as a mental health therapist, Dr. Sania felt God leading her into a deeper calling—one rooted in purpose activation, spiritual growth, and empowerment. This journey led to the birth of Grow and Glow Ministry, a space created to help women realign internally and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

My story so far
Through partnerships with churches and women’s ministries, Dr. Sania began bringing her TWIRL events to communities, creating safe, faith-centered environments where women could reflect, heal, and grow. These gatherings quickly became a catalyst for transformation, igniting women to move forward with clarity, confidence, and spiritual alignment.
Dr. Sania’s work is deeply personal. She shares from the overflow of her own journey—moving from a season of despondency and uncertainty about her calling to a place of clarity, obedience, and purpose. Today, she walks alongside women who are navigating similar questions, offering guidance, prayerful support, and practical tools rooted in both faith and mental wellness.
Family Practice
In addition to speaking and coaching, Dr. Sania co-owns a private mental health practice with her husband and ministry partner, Dr. Courtney Dookie, where she continues to support individuals therapeutically. Together, they also lead Mind Renewal Ministry, conducting seminars focused on healing relationships and mental health from a biblical perspective.
Life Balance and Family
Outside of her professional and ministry work, Dr. Sania is a devoted wife, a mother of two, and a woman who values creativity, meaningful connection, and intentional time with God.
Her heart and mission are clear: to spend her life fulfilling God’s purpose by serving as a purpose activator for women and other kingdom expanders.
